We developed it based on the enabling law. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rejected by Parliament in the previous legislature. The entertainment industry is a very complex sector, and it is difficult to find a compromise between the various positions. That is why I consider it a blank slate to which everyone can contribute.
