Cultural Decree, 34 Amendments Approved

We publish the proposal for a decree implementing the Law of 15 July 2022, n. 106 – Delegation to the Government and other provisions on entertainment, that is the so-called Code of Entertainment, in matters of work, presented by UNISCA to the Government, at hearings held by the Ministry of Culture.

The proposal is the result of several years of research, shared between numerous associations in the sector. It aims to simplify and rationalise the rules and extend protection for workers.
