New Protection for Musicians: INAIL, Unemployment Benefits and the Entertainment Reform

Among the topics that will be discussed are: the rules for the declaration and payment of INAIL for all self-employed workers in the performing arts published by the Decreto Sostegni Bis on 22 January 2022; the introduction of ALAS, the new unemployment benefit for self-employed workers in the performing arts to cover events of involuntary termination of employment that complements the NASPI envisaged for subordinate workers; and the reform of the entire performing arts sector.
