Procedure for ALAS Allowance Distribution for Self-Employed Music Professionals

On March 7, UNISCA sent a letter addressed to the National Institute of Social Security (INPS), the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Labor, and the Parliamentary Committees on Culture and Labor. The letter raised concerns about issues in the process of recognizing and distributing the ALAS allowance for self-employed music professionals, as defined in the INPS (formerly ENPALS) qualification list under category   500.
